I think the current state of PvP does not allow room for casual-immediate PvP people without a active strong PvP guild. Let me illustrate this point:

Hardcored = dominate AT, HoH and GvG
casual Beginners = 4v4 Arenas
Casual immediate = PUG in tomb?

the casual immediate pvpers usually got bored with 4v4 arenas, they don't have a good Guild to have a good group, and they are annoyed for spaming LFG in front of the tomb and totally wiped out by the highly organized hardcored groups.

However the majorities of the player base is based on those casual immediate. GW need more options for those kinds of players.

Their should be rank districts in Team Arena, or Competitive Arenas. Just like in Socom if your a newb play with ensigns, if you're amazing.. play with captains.

The current 4v4 arena (regardless random or AT) got boring quickly

Yeah, it is kind of an extreme there. You go from 4 vs 4 to having 8 vs the world in tombs with a hero and stuff, and a guild which is 8 vs 8 where you ahve to have active team mates on and can't do it any time you want. I think if the guild wars were swapped with HoH it'd be better. Random 8 vs 8 teams would be great on the guild war islands.
